Grant Road Memories

As we get closer to the move into our new headquarters, it’s hard not to reflect on the place that’s been home for the last 14 years. Since 2012, our Grant Road location has been where so much of the HHM and EIK story was built. Long days, major growth, big projects, plenty of laughs and countless memories along the way.

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll officially be saying goodbye to the building that’s been part of our journey from the beginning. To celebrate the memories, we’re sharing a few throwback photos from the early days… and wow, a lot has changed!

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the story here. Grant Road has treated us well, but we’re excited for what’s next: A larger space for us to really grow big.

Back in 2013, this space was just part of the shop. Today, it’s home to our kitchen and restroom area:

Our new headquarters was designed specifically for our team, with more space, improved workflow, and a modern facility built to support the continued growth of HHM and EIK.

The new facility will feature a 12,500-square-foot shop and a 9,500-square-foot office, giving our teams the room and resources they need to continue growing. The shop will include a larger service area, expanded wash bay space, and improved operational flow, while the office will feature bigger cubicles and offices along with a layout designed to keep all departments more connected and collaborative.

For the first time, our parts department will also be fully integrated at the same location, helping create a smoother experience for both our team and our customers. It’s a huge step forward for all of us, and we can’t wait to officially call it home.

Preparing for the Big Move

At EIK Solutions, we’ve always taken pride in doing things big, and that includes our inventory. With more than $3.5 million in parts stocked and ready to support our customers, our warehouse has long been a symbol of the company’s commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and service.

Now comes the exciting part: moving it all to our new facility.

Over the past several weeks, our team has been hard at work preparing for one of the biggest transitions in company history. From organizing inventory to packaging heavy parts and components, to perfectly organizing everything in our new storage containers, the move has truly been a team effort.

And yes — there has been plenty of heavy lifting involved.

Whether it’s team members pushing loaded carts across the floor, coordinating shipments, or making sure every part is accounted for, the dedication and teamwork on display have been incredible to be apart of. The photos from the move capture exactly what makes EIK Solutions special: people willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done together.
